Return Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging
- Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened beauty/skincare/haircare products
- Essential oils and incense sticks
- Leather journals (unless defective)
- Sale items
Return Procedure:
- Email us at svatvherbal011@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send instructions and return shipping address.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of personal care products, not all items are eligible for refunds.
Refunds are applicable:
- If the product was damaged during transit
- If you received the wrong item
- If the product is expired or defective
Refund Process:
- Email us at svatvherbal011@gmail.com with order details and product images within 48 hours of delivery.
- Once verified, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Used/opened personal care products
- Items purchased during clearance or sale
